Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer & Tech Lead with deep Salesforce expertise to lead innovative projects, mentor teams, and drive impactful, scalable solutions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in architecting, developing, and optimizing Salesforce implementations while fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee Salesforce development projects from conception to delivery.

• Manage and mentor development teams, fostering technical growth and collaboration.

• Ensure best practices in the development, security, and scalability of Salesforce solutions.

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand and translate business needs into effective solutions.

• Oversee integration of Salesforce with other systems to enhance business processes.

• Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the Salesforce ecosystem.

• Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of experience in Salesforce development.

• Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce declarative tools.

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations (REST, SOAP APIs).

• Deep understanding of Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD methodologies.

• Strong knowledge of data modeling, security, SOQL/SOSL best practices.

• Experience in leading development teams and project management.

• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.

• Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications (Application Architect certification is a plus).

• Excellent mentorship, communication, and problem-solving skills.
