Business Development cum Sales Lead (IT Services)
Job Description:
We’re seeking a proactive and ambitious individual to generate leads, build customer relationships, and convert prospects into business opportunities. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently, with a strong understanding of the IT services domain, and must be results-oriented with a flair for cold outreach and online platforms.
Responsibilities:

Drive lead generation across the USA and Caribbean markets.

Identify potential customers through platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, RFP portals, and tech forums.

Initiate contact via cold calls, emails, and social media outreach.

Manage and expand relationships with existing clients to uncover upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

Coordinate with internal technical teams to create effective proposals and project pitches.

Maintain an organized pipeline and report progress through CRM tools.

Represent the company in virtual meetings, webinars, and relevant tech communities.
Requirements:

Proven experience (2–5 years) in Business Development/Sales in IT Services.

Understanding of integration platforms like Salesforce, Mulesoft, UiPath, and ERP/CRM systems.

Familiarity with freelance/RFP platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong cold-calling and email outreach experience.

Self-motivated with a “go-getter” attitude and ability to work
independently. -
Knowledge of tools like HubSpot, Zoho CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc., is a plus.

Experience dealing with US-based clients is a major advantage.
