Job Description:

We’re seeking a proactive and ambitious individual to generate leads, build customer relationships, 
and convert prospects into business opportunities. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working 
independently, with a strong understanding of the IT services domain, and must be results-oriented 
With a flair for cold outreach and online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive lead generation across the USA and Caribbean markets.
  • Identify potential customers through LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, RFP
    portals, and tech forums.
  • Initiate contact via cold calls, emails, and social media outreach.
  • Manage and expand relationships with existing clients to uncover upsell/cross-sell
    opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal technical teams to create effective proposals and projects
    pitches.
  • Maintain an organized pipeline and report progress through CRM tools.
  • Represent the company in virtual meetings, webinars, and relevant tech communities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (2–5 years) in Business Development/Sales in IT Services.
  • Understanding integration platforms like Salesforce, Mulesoft, UiPath, and ERP/CRM
    systems.
  • Familiarity with freelance/RFP platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong cold-calling and email outreach experience.
  • Self-motivated with a “go-getter” attitude and ability to work
    independently.
  • Knowledge of tools like HubSpot, Zoho CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc., is a plus.
  • Experience dealing with US-based clients is a major advantage.
