Job Description:
We are seeking an adept Full-Stack Engineer with a background in back-end development and front-end technologies like ReactJS. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience building robust applications using Java, Spring Boot frameworks, and ReactJS, and familiarity with Ruby on Rails would be advantageous.

Responsibilities:

• Passion for designing, developing, and maintaining customer-centric software using Java Spring Boot and ReactJS.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to translate intricate requirements into scalable, innovative technical solutions.

• Seek innovation by exploring and implementing cutting-edge technologies and methodologies to enhance product offerings.

• Participate in code reviews, ensuring alignment with industry standards, and provide mentorship, fostering a culture of ownership.

• Work on complex technical challenges within software systems, ensuring robustness, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

• Contribute to shaping the technical roadmap and taking ownership of its success.

• Participate in on-call rotations to support the systems that your team owns.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience required a minimum of 1-2 years.

• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, ReactJS and JavaScript.

• Familiarity with backend technologies such as Ruby on Rails.

• Strong understanding of software design principles, architecture, and best practices.

• Knowledge of database systems and SQL.

• Experience with version control systems such as Git.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
