Job Description:
We are looking for a highly experienced Solution Architect with a strong background in designing and implementing Agent Banking and Loan Origination systems using Newgen Software Technologies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of banking workflows, process automation, digital onboarding, and loan lifecycle management using Newgen’s platforms like OmniDocs, OmniFlow, and BPM.
You will play a key role in leading the design and architecture of scalable, secure, and high-performance banking solutions that improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and architect end-to-end solutions for Agent Banking and Loan Origination processes using Newgen software suite.
- Lead the technical solutioning effort in coordination with business stakeholders and development teams.
- Create high-level and detailed design documents, workflows, and data models tailored for Newgen environments.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and architecture blueprints.
- Collaborate with implementation teams to ensure alignment between architecture and execution.
- Provide technical leadership in integrating Newgen solutions with core banking systems, CRMs, and third-party APIs.
- Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and performance standards.
- Troubleshoot architectural bottlenecks and provide expert guidance during critical project phases.
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of total experience in software architecture, with at least 3–5 years working specifically with Newgen Software Technologies.
- Proven expertise in Newgen OmniDocs, OmniFlow iBPS, and Loan Origination platforms.
- Strong knowledge of banking and financial services, especially Agent Banking, digital KYC, credit workflows, and customer onboarding.
- Experience integrating Newgen solutions with banking core systems and third-party tools via APIs/web services.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment with remote cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in BFSI domain projects focused on financial inclusion or agent-based banking models.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and digital compliance in the banking sector.
- Experience with cloud-based deployments of Newgen solutions is a plus.
