Job Description:
We are seeking an adept Full-Stack Engineer with a background in back-end development and front-end technologies like ReactJS. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 0-2 years of hands-on experience building robust applications using Java, Spring Boot frameworks, and ReactJS, and familiarity with Ruby on Rails would be advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
- Passion for designing, developing, and maintaining customer-centric software using Java Spring Boot and ReactJS.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to translate intricate requirements into scalable, innovative technical solutions.
- Seek innovation by exploring and implementing cutting-edge technologies and methodologies to enhance product offerings.
- Participate in code reviews, ensuring alignment with industry standards, and provide mentorship fostering a culture of ownership.
- Work on complex technical challenges within software systems, ensuring robustness, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to shaping the technical roadmap and taking ownership of its success.
- Participate in on-call rotations to support the systems that your team owns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience required a minimum of 0-2 years.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, ReactJS and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with backend technologies such as Ruby on Rails.
- Strong understanding of software design principles, architecture, and best practices.
- Knowledge of database systems and SQL.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
